SAFE Homes Rape Crisis Coalition

SAFE Homes – Rape Crisis Coalition provides services to victims of domestic violence in Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties.

The organization’s mission is to address the impact of domestic and sexual violence by providing quality services to those affected and to create social change through education training and activism.

Silent Tears gave the organization $20,000 for a new roof at the main office, where SAFE Homes provides therapy, crisis counseling and advocacy for sexual assault victims.

On October 30, 2019, Silent Tears awarded an additional $45,000 for the organization’s needs during a third round of grants.
